PRIO, born in 2006 as a startup, wanted to keep their bold DNA and out-of-the-box innovation as a standard.
The challenge:
Keeping people involved and unsettled about new paths to the future, on a search for the new ideas that are part of the Cultural DNA.
Overcome geographic and departmental barriers.
Remaining relevant in a world permanently transforming, keeping the business position at the front line.
The answer:
Working the ability of having an open and unsettled mindset, to integrate and sip from other innovation sources, stimulating other key players to co-innovate with PRIO. To achieve that, we built with PRIO a global program that stimulated, on one hand, an internal innovation culture and, on the other hand, catalyzed the startup innovative ecosystem.
